The whole experience was great. Easily arranged the appointment very professionally and to the point. Thanks to that I knew what to expect and got a great value for the money service. Danny was fantastic, we needed someone to do a gas boiler service ASAP and Danny replied to us very quickly, booked us in very quickly, arrived exactly on time and did the full service to a very high standard. Danny was very quick to respond, was very helpful and knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing and throughly checking the system to identify and confirm the fault that the boiler kept showing. He replaced the extremely old circulation pump which had become increasingly unreliable and that had solved the problem. Since I moved here back in 2018 I have been using BeyondHeating for all my general plumbing needs. I get my cylinder serviced annually and they have also replaced taps and even the toilet cisterns that were all clogged with limescale. Always reliable, great communication and fair prices.
