  Lovely resin driveway!

  After seeing VubaMac resin driveways on social media installed in celebrity homes, I knew this was the system for me! After a lengthy discussion (I like to do my research) with the Vuba Surface sales team about the benefits VubaMac had to offer, Sam's Resin Bound was recommended to me as a local registered installer. Sam is cool, calm, and collected, and was very accommodating to my attention to detail (apologies, Sam!!). His team worked hard, completed the job efficiently, and left the place tidy.

  Removed boiler case, told me what the problem was and called out Worcester to fix.

  Got charged a call out although Premier did not fix the problem. They came to my house, opened the boiler case looked inside, incorrectly diagnosed the problem, called Worcester for me and then charged me. Time spent at my house 15 mins. Worcester boiler purchased and installed by Premier 3 years ago, which still has a parts and labour guarantee. I have had no problem with their charges in the past, but to charge me for not fixing a problem and for a 15 minute visit I don't think is acceptable. I have sent an additional email with all communication.
