  Trustworthy and professional, friendly and reliable and they do a good job!

  Rain leaking through my roof, I contacted Sam and he quickly came and had a look at the problem - roofing felt torn and in need of replacing. A quick quote (reasonable and all broken down to show costing) and we arranged for Sam and the team to get the job done. Sam showed me photos of the problem before and the work done and the finished result - great as I couldn’t get into the loft or up on the roof to see everything. Again reliable, friendly, professional and I would (and have) recommend to everyone.

  Loft ladder fitted

  Alex can very quickly to check out my loft and quote for a ladder. He explained the options available and helped me decide the best ladder for me. The following week he came and fired the ladder, extending the hatch slightly, as planned, all the work carried out perfectly and tidied away at the end. Having shown me how to use it and making sure I was happy and safe with it Alex left with assurances of being on hand if there were any problems. So pleased with everything and would thoroughly recommend anyone to use this company - thank you.

  Boiler service.

  Darran came to do a service on my boiler, installed last year, he was on time as usual and polite and tidy with the work. Having identified a problem with the circulation he has quickly fitted me on to have a new heating pump. I know I can trust Darran, not only to do the work properly and efficiently but also to identify real problems and get them sorted. Thoroughly recommend him to anyone needing a good and reliable plumber.

  Excellent company, easy to contact and very quick reply and quote. Very pleasant young man came to do the gutters, explained the job, got on with it quickly and efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. Showed me photos of work done and gutters flowing cleanly. Would recommend to anyone needing this service.

  Cut back over hanging hazel tree.

  George has been excellent from my first contact with him. Very quickly responding to my enquiry, came to see the work and gave an estimate and then was able to do the job within the week. George and his team arrived early and got straight on with the work, did a great job and cleared everything up and left the garden and roadside (where they mulched the branches) clean and tidy. Polite and helpful at all time I would thoroughly recommend George and his team and will use them again when I need work done.

  Two bedrooms

  Another excellent job done by Ben and John Smith. So easy to choose colours, liaise with Ben and then let him transform your room. He is friendly and professional, gets on with the job and cleans and tidies up before leaving everything looking fresh and rejeuvenated. A tired brown and beige room was given a lift with some lovely green and when I showed the grandchildren their room Oscar (6) said “Wow Grandma Ben did a good job!” they couldn’t wait to have a sleepover in their lovely new room. Thanks Ben, looking forward to further transformation of my home.

  Repair of ridge tiles and replacing slipped tiles.

  Sam was recommended to me by a friend and I was so pleased after 4 other companies couldn’t be bothered to return calls or give me a quote. Sam very quickly replied to my email, came the next day to see the job and assessed everything in a professional but friendly manner, advising me of the problems and taking photos and a video from the roof to show me evidence of what needed doing. Both Sam and his assistant, Guy were professional and did great work, leaving everywhere clean and tidy and my roof in great shape. Thoroughly recommend them, trustworthy and reliable and well priced too.

  Ben did an excellent job of painting my hall, stairs and landing, including the ceilings and woodwork. He is a reliable and trustworthy young man and does a good job, having learned the trade from his father and carrying on the family trade well.   Investigated hot water system problem.

  I have used Darran before and always find him polite and very helpful, he doesn't do a job if he doesn't think you need it done, but will advise all options. This week he came to check a problem I have had for quite a while and had it sorted and working nicely within an hour and advised on what to do if the problem recurred and he would return to replace parts. Thankfully, fingers crossed, things are still working well but it's good to know Darran is on hand for any problems. Would always recommend this very nice, honest man.

  Blocked downpipe cleared and left ready for the next downpour.

  Michael arrived on time (oh how I wish I could say that about so many other companies) assessed the problem and advised what he would do to confirm what he thought and fix it. He then did just that, sorted it all, left the pipe trimmed a bit so the problem won't recur, checked the mains drains and was on his way. A pleasant, polite man who I would certainly recommend to anyone, reasonably priced too, he's emailing the invoice and I can pay online - job done! Thank you MPL.
