  Darran did an excellent job of repairing our close coupled siphonic twin trap toilet. In order to assist this repair he also fitted an isolation valve behind our bath panel. An excellent job by a first class professional plumber.

  Darran was new to me and I've been impressed both before and after his visit. Beforehand he asked me for information which saved a great deal of time. He changed two taps for me but also began looking at a problem with the central heating which has returned after several months of remission. He made some adjustments to piping and also a plan to follow over the next few days. He also put all this information ha gave me at the visit in writing the following day which to non experts is very helpful.

  Highly professional plumbing work and boiler servicing

  Darran did a superb job fixing our kitchen tap. He was very quick to diagnose the problem, suggest the necessary replacement parts, and carried out the corrective work. His explanation of the problem was very clear. He also carried out a boiler check and demonstrated once again he is very good at what he does. Very professional and I would highly recommend his services.

  We had a problem with our boiler. The heating timer had stopped working. We called Darran and he diagnosed the problem as probably needing a new timing unit. He was able to get another part and come out to fit it. There was a problem with this and Darran thought it was the replacement part. He was able to get another part and came back to fit the new one. He did his usual excellent job and we got our heating working properly again. We have used Darran for years and would recommend him every time.

  My hot water stopped working, but Darran quickly identified the issue and resolved it. When the problem first arose, Darran even responded on a Sunday to provide advice over the phone. A great professional service executed in a friendly manner.

  Toilet siphon pump repair

  Darran gave me a detailed and accurate summary in advance of the likely work/ charges and potential snags involved in replacing the siphon pump on my close coupled toilet. Darran attended my property punctually, carried out the work efficiently and competently (including overcoming a seized wing nut) tidied up afterwards and invoiced me fairly for charges which complied with his estimate. The toilet is now working very well. I would certainly recommend Darran.
