  Replacing a broken sash cord

  Steve was courteous and replaced the briken cord with little mess. Failed to test it before leaving, and the cord tension caused a problem with window alignment and closing..however, on being informed of this, Steve helpfully returned the following day, corrected the weight, and ensured a good job was completed.
