  survey of guttering rain water into drain

  I had a problem of rainwater going down a drain pipe potentially undermining block paving. I wanted to know if they could direct the rainwater into the sewer pipe nearby. Having advised me the charge was £210 for a visit and survey, the friendly engineer advised a soakaway was the only obvious solution however this had complications. I agreed to wait before doing work. I paid the money. I located another downpipe with a drain that could be used nearby, and would have expected the engineer to have found this at the beginning as a potential solution. The secretary was not helpful at all.

  This trader can be totally relied upon. they were very easy to communicate with, extremely reasonable, and when natural difficulties arose, they were simply overcome. the end result is a superb finish of which I am incredibly happy with.

  Jack was the first to come back with very high reviews and arranged a convenient time to service the boiler which he did efficiently and cleanly. A very good nature about him and he's in my contacts for the future.
