  Chris was asked to check if the pipes connected to the property we are trying to buy were made of lead. He turned up nearly an hour late and has since (now 2 weeks later) failed to send us the report, which we have paid £180 for, despite us repeatedly chasing and explaining we need this report urgently as we are buying a house.
