  Poor surveyor didn't know his stuff

  Disappointing experience I had a disappointing experience overall. There were multiple issues with the surveyor, including last minute price changes caused by their own overcharging error. This raises serious concerns about how accurately the work was assessed in the first place, and whether I may still have overpaid even after the adjustment. I had originally agreed to a time slot that suited their schedule in exchange for a discount, but this was never honoured once the pricing mistake came to light.   Boiler service and fix leak

  Chris came to visit at very short notice due to an issue with the boiler and a leak. Having previously had a plumber look at the leak and fail to fix it he was quickly able to identify and rectify all the issues we were having. He went above and beyond what I would have expected and did it all at a very fair price I couldn’t have asked for more he even serviced the boiler as well as fixing all our issues. I now have a local tradesman that I will happily use again and trust. Thanks Chris
