  Cleaning out a drain

  Superb communication from Andy, very honest around what he could do in the timescales, opposite to competitors I tried! Pete and Liam turned up promptly and explained everything, could sort problem straight away but returned a few hours later. They kept me fully updated, resolved the blocked drain.   Chris fitted a new frame for our internal door and took away the old door. Communication was excellent despite him being let down by a supplier. Quality of workmanship was first class.

  Rich did an amazing job, came back straight away on my enquiry - in fact was the only person from 3 people I contacted on Checkatrade to do this. Was very thorough on his quote and was upfront about his lead time in terms of availability. He fitted in around the other trades we had in place and often came out of core hours to finish different parts of the job. Would highly recommend and is very personable and trustworthy too. Will be using Rich again for our electrical work.

  New Boiler and rework piping and move radiator

  The team arrived on time and got to work straight away, reckon they had 10 mins for lunch and worked non stop. They constantly tidy up after themselves, to the point where we had 3 guys working on the job and each one had their own hoover. Quality of the work is outstanding and we've seen a big difference in our heating already. The guys on the job were very polite and gave very clear instructions on how our new boiler worked. Price was exactly what was quoted, will be using again!
