  Skirting board for an awkward room shape and placing and staining 3 floorboards.

  Very professional. The room was an awkward shape and some of the plasterwork was wonky which meant having to problem solve so this can sit flush to the wall. Neat and tidy and explained everything very well. Definitely recommend.

  Removal of radiators

  Removed one radiator completely and capped it off and removed one ready for plastering to be replaced. Gave advice on what it could be replaced with and offered to help when it comes to selecting something that will work. Very quick, tidy and professional.

  Took one day to demolish fireplace, clean chimney and then line and then after the fire surround was built, they came back to install everything in one day and I could use it that same evening! Totally professional from start to finish, highly recommend!

  Fence restoration works in Sutton

  Following my e-mail request on Saturday, Jake visited on the Sunday to do a recce and quote for my badly needed fencing works – a fantastic response! A week later, Jake and his Oak Hill Fencing team worked their magic on my storm-battered and rotten fencing, installing 5 concrete spurs, refurbishing broken arris rails and replacing broken soil boards and feather-edge boards, as necessary. At the end of the garden, they replaced 2 old concrete posts, fitted 3 new fence panels and concrete soil boards. They were happy to include some additional work, to install a wooden gate for me too.
