Dan and Rainer did an excellent job fitting my log burner. Used dust sheets were very professional in all aspects of their work. I lit it up after they had gone and am very pleased with everything!

Absolutely first-class service from start to finish. The initial consultation laid out all the options and requirements, as well as the costs associated with it all. The pre-installation sweep was carried out quickly and on time. And installation of the entire system was sorted in a single day, despite some difficult weather conditions. And everything explained really well once installed. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the work done to install our burner, flue and hearth. Dan was courteous, efficient, tidy and did an excellent job. We're enjoying firing up every evening! Cannot recommend Ideal Burners highly enough.

Installation of new wood burner and chimney

From the assessment of the job to the quote and then the installation, communication and service was 1st class. Dan and his colleagues work was very clean and tidy. We did our best to cover our furniture from the dust but Dan and crew covered all our furniture again, giving double protection. This was great as they had to drill a huge hole through the wall for the chimney and we were fearing the amount of dust this would produce. But they were very tidy and all mess was kept to a minimum. Once installation was completed, a video of the lighting, operating and maintenance tips was made.
