  I had an excellent experience with Elson. He managed to completely replace my toilet. He was incredibly efficient and professional throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and prompt, he was quick to respond to my messages and easily booked the job around my schedule. He showed real keenness to get the job done right, working quickly yet thoroughly, and ensuring everything was completed to a high standard.   Fantastic cannot recommend enough

  Elson arrived the same day I contacted him despite my plumbing issue not being an emergency. He was the nicest guy and did the job with his dad in less than an hour. Absolutely fantastic service and customer service 10/10 all round

  Elson communicated well ahead of arrival. Came prepared with all necessary equipment and I was shocked at how quick the shower was repaired. Good quality work and friendly service. Would reccomend.

  Excellent plumbing job.

  Elson was booked for a plumbing job to repair/replace a leaking waste pipe under the shower tray. Good communication prior to attending. He arrived on time, was polite and courteous. The job was conducted in a very professional manner. We are very pleased with the repair and would certainly use him again if needing further plumbing jobs. I highly recommend this company.

  Leak in downstairs cloakroom

  I would highly recommend Elson, he was very professional & polite. He phoned to say he was 30 mins away & offered to remove his shoes on arrival which was appreciated. He went to get a part & then fixed the leak in the cloakroom, replaced the pipe & even replaced our leaking tap in the kitchen sink after we asked for a quote. He explained everything well and left it all tidy. Would definitely use him again.
