  Repairs to upstairs loo, replaced flush valve

  After requesting help to sort toilet not flushing on Thursday night, I had a reply very quickly to say that the job has been accepted. I had a phone call the following morning at 8.30 booking me a time slot 11 to 1pm. Very grateful as only day off to get it sorted. Had a text to say he was on his way, arrived promptly and within time slot. Diagnosed problem, said he had the part and left him to it. Left bathroom clean and tidy. Very pleased with service I received.
