  Fixing 2x toiles and taps

  Perfect service 10/10. Communication and setting up the visit was very easy, and then Craig was always punctual, very friendly and very professional. Did a great job and actually helped me fix another problem (taps) that I had, which wasn’t included in the original work. Was also flexible and understanding when we realised we couldn’t drill the floor, and found another solution.

  Fix meshing around Flue

  made the appointment with 0800 Homefix and sent them pictures showing the problem. The seal of our boiler flue came loose and let water in. The engineer came out, took the exact same pictures I had taken and said he couldn't fix it, that it was best to call a roofer. So why wasn't I told this before? I knew exactly what the problem was and sent detailed information and pictures, why did they have to charge me £100 to come and 'investigate' if they knew beforehand that they would not be able to fix it. Anyway, it's not a roofers job, it's a gas engineer job - so their engineer was completely
