  My wife and I have just bought a house which had not had much attention in 30 years. Dean, Dan, Bradley and his team have helped transform it into somewhere we really think we are going to love. They were always professional, friendly, punctual, helpful, communicative, understanding, delivered very high quality work and were never condescending about our lack of building knowledge. And the quotes, while a little more expensive than the other two builders we approached, were absolutely spot on to the final bill. We will most definitely be asking them for a quote for our next job!

  Deep clean of flat following tenants moving out

  Excellent deep cleaning work by 3 cleaners plus a manager from Grace Services. The flat had not been cleaned for some time after our tenants moved out so there was a lot to do in 2 hours but they did it all: carpet and rug shampooing, dusting, fridge freezer and oven cleaning, cleaning inside all cupboards. I could pick them up for missing one small section of skirting board and the cupboard above the oven hood but everyone misses something. The bath looked better than ever. They even managed to do it when I'd stupidly forgotten to turn the water pump before they started! Highly recommended.

  Replacement of electric storage heater, light switch and moving unsafe kitchen mains wiring

  Many thanks to Terry, Steve and Issac of TLS Electrical who quoted and did the work when they said they were going to do it in a friendly, efficient and tidy manner (and this is the second time we've used them). Can highly recommend them.
