  Boiler issue

  The Plumb London team were great. Par on the initital visit dig a thourough check of our boiler and heating. We were not surprised by the recommendation of a new boiler as the old one was 20+ years old. Par and Stefan took a day to completely sort everything including the new boiler, additional pipes and radiator caps. Everything was as expected from an execllent business. I would use them again and recommend.

  Pictures and mirrors hanging, light fittings

  A prompt early start worked well for us. Clayton worked through all the necessary jobs and assessed timing. He then explained the order he was doing things and got on with it. He kept things tidy, hoovering after any mess created. Very polite and recommended. We will likely have more work for Clayton and wouldn't hesitate contacting him again.

  Bespoke wardrobe build and fitting

  What a great team. From quoting stage with the on site visit, through the planning, the work itself, timing and budget everything went as we had been promised. We had an unusual shape for the wardrobe so Ameera came up with a design we liked and made best use of the space. The builder/fitter and painter all kept us up to date on what was happening and when, explaining things if we had questions. Always on time, the work was done to the schedule and the team wanted to check in with us afterwards we were happy. We are and have asked for more work to be done elsewhere in the house.

  Kitchen fitting

  We were so pleased to have found Chris to help us. Before the work started, Chris wanted to visit to check the site and measure up. Glad he did as he found the building work had not levelled the ceiling of our extension. When the site was ready, he always kept us up to date on progress and when he would be at our house. The site was kept as clean as possible while work was going on. Chris also found a supplier for the kitchen work tops as we had not decided on those, and he managed that installation too. Finally everything was done to budget and on time. Thoroughly recommended.

  Fixing leak in toilet

  Prompt response to initial enquiry. After initial visit came up with solution and expected cost and timings. Returned on schedule when parts became available and carried out the work quickly. Very polite and adhered to current guidelines during lockdown (e.G. Wore mask) and avoided contact as much as possible.
