  An outside drain was blocked; they determined it needed to be cleared with a high-pressure water jet. The work was quick, and he was quick and professional about it.

  Retiled shower

  They did a fine job! Old tiles were stripped out, new linings and a shower tray were fitted, and new tiles and grouting put in. All looks good and there have been no problems.

  Removed and replaced cement grouting in a shower

  To repair a roof damaged by long-term leaking, and fix a leaking gutter

  We're very satisfied. The roofing work seems to be high quality, and was completed quickly. Patrick and the team showed pictures of what they were doing and kept us informed. The job ended up being bigger and more expensive than we initially expected, but I put that down to the state of our house rather than anything else, and Patrick let us choose what to do and not do. The guttering problem was not fixed by the work they initially did, but when we reported that, they came back, twice, until the problem was properly resolved.
