  You always wish to meet craftsmen like Steve, you can tell from his promptness and professionalism how much he loves what he is doing. He was very informative throughout the whole fitting process and gave us some pretty useful tips about maintenance and general features of our new lock. I cannot recommend him enough, thank you Steve.

  Taher was excellent, he was very informative - even before I have instructed him he gave me a wealth of good tips. He created a great design and explained everything really well, and then was kind enough to alter the design, confirm several questions and did all this very swiftly over email and phone calls. Highly recommended engineer!
