  Good service, lovely guy!

  I sent a message to Karl for leaking loos. He came back to me same day with a decent quote. He arrived when he said he would and was such a genuine and lovely guy-very respectful of my property and talked through the problems with me. Thank you Karl for a lovely job-i'll be using you again for other jobs in the future.

  Dominic came out the day after and kept me up to date when running late due to traffic. Job was completed quickly and left the area tidy. Lovely guy and will be using again!
