  Karl was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. He replaced our shower pump efficiently and left everything clean and tidy - even took all the waste with him. Really impressed with his work and would happily recommend him.

  Good service, lovely guy!

  I sent a message to Karl for leaking loos. He came back to me same day with a decent quote. He arrived when he said he would and was such a genuine and lovely guy-very respectful of my property and talked through the problems with me. Thank you Karl for a lovely job-i'll be using you again for other jobs in the future.

  Karl came round to do the job very quickly. I listed the job and then the very next day he had all the correct parts ordered and was ready to go. The job was done quickly, safely and to a high standard. Very well priced too. Recommended!
