  Great service from start to finish. Karl explained what he was going to do over the phone and arrived on time to do the job. He took great care and was very committed to providing the best service and got on with the job. He is extremely friendly and polite and above all professional.   We had our unvented cylinder serviced by Karl. He was able to visit us within 48 hours and had excellent communication with us throughout. We would highly recommend him and would definitely be using his services in the future.
