  Excellent work carried out on time and as estimated. Karl was very professional, helpful, punctual and flexible in working around our commitments at the property. All rubbish was removed and everything left clean. Would definitely recommend and we will use again in the future.

  All work was carried out to a very high standard. All rubbish was removed and any debris on flooring was thoroughly cleaned. Very impressed with Karl who was punctual, extremely helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend.

  Leak onto the porch ceiling

  Karl ( Osborne Engineering) contacted me via Checkatrade promptly. He came at the planned time , extremely professional and experienced. Recognised the site of the leak which turned out to be more complex than originally thought. He completed the job in good time and was very thorough . A superb professional, will be my go to person for any plumbing issues in future.

  Karl is an amazing plumber super friendly and nothing was to much

  Karl came to the property after a big leak. We had a few plumbers not take the job on due to the size of the job. He did a great job at saying what needed to be done and found a couple more leaks that he sorted. He was super friendly and was great with our 5month old puppy. I could not rate him any higher he was a great person and has done a great job. Thank you so much.

  Shower replacement

  Karl came to look at the job we wanted doing, then sent us helpful advice and options. When he came to do the work, it turned into a bigger job because of tiles and pipes needing to be moved/ replaced. We were updated throughout and the job was done very neatly with attention to detail.
