  Excellent communication, friendly helpful and patient helping me to choose the right optio. Jon made the process stress free. He kept me updated with the dates he could come for the installation and was flexible around other work we were having done. The work itself was done professionally and to an excellent standard.   Removal of Hornbeam tree which was rotten at the base and overhanging a neighbours shed.

  Arrived on time, were friendly and courteous and got to work straight away. Both worked hard with only a couple of short breaks. Carried out the job to a high standard and left the garden immaculate. As well as removing the tree they cut up branches and part of the trunk and stacked it for firewood for us. We were very pleased with the job done.
