Mark claims: “We provide a professional and courteous service”. Not this time: he also overstated time spent on day 1 by 15 mins, lost key part, spent unquantified time searching/ discussing with supplier sending replacement, needed 2nd visit, arrived 20mins early for pre-agreed Monday 8am start - disturbed dogs/ 6-person household, rebuked me for complaining, accepted no accountability that part was found next to where his van parked (it doesn't matter now), causing us 3 more days of delayed warm-water to bathrooms, left without signing/dating Warranty!Verified reviewerJob location: RH9G R Plumbing
