  Gareth called for an annual boiler service he identified other problems which he remedied after sourcing spares,all completed within 2/3 hours. No fuss very meticulous & tidy worker, reasonably priced, wouldn't hesitate to recommend & will definitely use again. Barry Beechwood Rd

  Gareth is professional and reliable, he's serviced my boiler for the past two years and done a great job. He is very knowledgable and has been happy to advise me on how my heating system works. I highly recommend his services.

  Boiler pressure kept going up

  Gareth was amazing, over the phone, he talked me through how to reduce the pressure on my boiler, he said that he may be able to resolve the issue without needing to come to my house and without charging a call out fee. This issue was quickly fixed, the pressure then went up again, and Gareth face timed me and fixed the issue once and for all, he was more than happy to help, free of charge, when other companies wanted to charge me! We need more people like Gareth! Thank you!

  Internal refurbishment including structural work, new kitchen, shower room, flooring & staircase

  Gareth has been our plumber for years. He's trustworthy, reliable, professional & cares. Until recently, we didn't realise he could also do all the other things listed in the title of this review. I wish more than almost anything in the world that we had. Having been badly let down and taken advantage of by another building company who left us with an unliveable house, we contacted Gareth in August 2024 to ask him to sort the plumbing and heating and ended up appointing him and his brilliant team (Toby and electrician Derek) to do the whole refurbishment (in 2 phases). They've been fantastic.
