  It was not easy to identify the root cause of the failure, but Ben was tenacious and did not pause until he had isolated the issue and thereafter quickly fix it. He even took the time to show me basic operations and maintenance tips for my boiler (as I was relatively new to the property). He also bled the radiator and conducted a gas safety check of the boiler at no extra cost. Would recommend Ben highly - a competent professional and a gentleman.
