  Investigate a potential leak

  It was a good experience. They were available for a visit "tomorrow" and came in time. A tradesman came, did a number of tests, found a leak, implemented a temporary fix and helped me book the further plumbing work required. They don't seem to specialise in writing reports however, I had to chase them for that
