  Called the company at 10.00 they arrived at 12.30. Cleared the blockage which was not straightforward. Totally professional did a great job would highly recommend.

  I called him at 10:30 and he was with me by 10:45! (he was just about to go out with his wife, but came anyway!). Fixed the problem and gone in 30 minutes! Friendly, helpful, what more could you want!

  Came to help clear a blocked soil pipe. Tom was very helpful to diagnose the issue and got to work clearly to help clear the blockage (which was not straightforward to solve). Explained what he was doing all throughout, cleaned up afterwards and charged a good price for the work. Would definitely recommend

  Brilliant work, fast and efficient!

  Tom came to us as a last minute, emergency call out and he arrived with a big smile and the most can-do attitude you've ever seen. It was a pleasure to have him fix our drainage issue and I will always use him in the future. We highly recommend him and he worked so fast, thank you again! Zaira and Jonny Kapacee.

  Drain clearance

  Tom was sent by the landlord to review drain outside the building. The guy called me and gave me very narrow window to come and review. I even told him commitments to work but had to rush because of him. He didn't even have etiquettes of taking off his shoes when entering the home. Spent 10 minutes and removed slugs with a stick and went away. The next day they sent me a bill of 237 pounds! Didn't even bother to tell that this is the problem and this is the quotation. there were leaves and grass which he put outside and went away. And later in report said there was greece in it.
