  Called Four Seasons as had an urgent clean to be carried out. Availability and communication was good. Whole house of carpets cleaned very well at a very reasonable price. Pet smells removed. Excellent and friendly service all round.

  PVCu windows fittes

  Sent out for quotes, and Daniel's was one of the first to be returned. Also one of the lowest. Arranged for a survey and windows were put into production straight away. There was a brief couple of weeks manufacturing lead time and then windows were fitted. Whole process to about 2 weeks. Daniels was friendly and courteous, and the quality of the installation was excellent. Overall very pleased.

  Excellent communication - Jordan kept me updated with arrival time. Very friendly service. The price quoted and agreed in advance was very reasonable. After the work was done Jordan talked me through how the problem occurred and how to prevent it happening in the future. Brilliant. Highly recommended.

  Replacement valve in heating system

  My heating system sprung a leak on Sunday night and I found AllianceHeat on this website. I emailed them that night and they replied within minutes! The next morning I made an appointment and they offered to come out that night even though they were busy. The office kept in regular contact with me, and gave me a (very reasonable) fixed price upfront for the work. When the plumber came round he was very friendly and experienced. He took his boots off at the front door without being asked! Job was done quickly and well. Invoicing and payment was easy - on line at the touch of a button.
