  Jim was on time, fast and efficient. He quickly identified equivalent locks and had the replacement locks with him. I would definitely use Jim again.

  James conscientiously got on with job at hand and kept me informed when the power would be off so I could plan my day working from home. All the work was completed in line with the quote too.

  Very good timely service, explained everything and resolved the problem quickly. I was a little nervous using a new tradesman as new to the area, but was very happy with the service and would strongly recommend to others based on my experience.
