  Great job by Tree Masters

  The Tree Masters team did a great job of taking down an enormous tree in our garden, in a technically difficult spot (electricity lines, near multiple buildings, next to water feature etc). They were really communicative throughout, and adjusted their plans for felling the tree based on our requests. Really competitive price too. Would recommend them to others. Thank you.

  Woodworm survey and treatment

  I was told on the survey that the cost of the woodworm treatment would be no more than £1000 (including tax). The final price quoted (almost 3 weeks later) was £1200, at the top end of the range amongst competitors. When I emailed saying this was too expensive I was not engaged with, just sent a bill for £144 for the survey (which lasted less than 10 minutes). Croft then explained this was because they had to move insulation in the loft to treat the woodworm. This is not exactly a surprise when treating woodworm in a loft. I could only choose an overpriced service or a very expensive survey

  Patio extension

  Andy and his team did a great job. Friendly, practical and reliable, they went above and beyond, fixing issues with our existing patio at no extra cost to the quote for the extension. Very competitive rates and excellent workmanship. Highly recommended.
