  Mortice lock fitted replacing a very old lock

  Michael arrived on the day he said he would and at the agreed time (24 hours after ringing him )He immediately set to work and removed a very old lock and fitted a BS 5 lever lock. He also fixed a yale lock which was malfunctioning. He was polite, friendly and professional and his price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend him and would use him again.

  Fixing curtainpole on external wall in bathroom om.

  Mendee arrived when he said he would assessed what needed to be done and got on with the 3 jobs immediately. He fixed the curtain pole to an external wall, a towel rail to a door and a double hook onto the kitchen wall all for a reasonable price. He is a very polite and efficient handyman and I can definitely recommend him.

  Toilet leaking

  John diagnosed the reason for the leak quickly( a previous firm had failed to do this ). The leak was due to a perished seal where the cistern connected to the toilet. He visited the plumber's merchant for the correct seal came back quickly and fixed the leak which had been misdiagnosed by the other firm.I was very pleased with his professionalism. I will certainly use this firm again

  Hall and staircase, extension room and shower room decorated. Front door painted.

  Excellent work. I wanted three different colours and the staircase was stripped and papered then emulsioned and all woodwork painted. Extension room and shower room also finished to a high standard. The front door was also painted. Greg is meticulous and a skilled decorator. I would not use any other decorator. It is worth waiting until he is free to do the work.

  Large hall radiator removed above a tiled floor

  Michael removed the radiator by gaining access through the adjoining rooom so tiles in the hall did not have to be removed. After removing the radiator he bled all my radiators to ensure all worked well. He arrived ten minutes before time and completed the work very efficiently. I will use him again!
