  Key lock change originally, but turned out to have further fault

  Responded to my request quickly and arranged for someone to come out on their behalf as they were away, which is fair enough. The initial key lock was changed, but other issues were left unresolved. Cost me a little bit more than the original quote as it was another issue needed to be fixed not just the key lock. I then contacted Luke about this, and he came out first thing once he was back from holiday. He sorted all of the additional issues, and I now feel safe and secure. Couldn’t fault Luke at all. My only suggestion would be not to send hired help if they’re not up to the same standard

  Requested for my garden to be weeded and replaced with quality stones and membrane.

  Used them last year, which was the start of my problems. Didn’t remove the old soil as they distributed causing unwanted weeds growing everywhere. On 13/03/25 Being under quoted for a job, not even weeded just added membrane over and not enough gravel to fill the required areas? Gaps and uneven- membrane visible! Requests for the money upfront to buy materials! Wanted more money to come back to rectify their error. No invoices provided even though this was promised to me?! Blocked me on all socials when I requested a copy of the Public Liability Insurance. Over £3k worth of damage to correct!
