  Kitchen cupboards fitted

  The kitchen cupboards in my tenant’s flat came off due to the chip wood failing. Samuel responded to my inquiry with a full cost estimate, including all their T&C’s to set expectations. After viewing the damage, the cost estimate came back only slightly higher but he informed me about the issue and recommended to reinforce the new carcass and fixings and also strengthening of the cupboard that hadn’t come off yet, making everything safe, something he noticed and fixed without charging for it. I received final pictures of the work. Tenant is happy. Great service. Manny thanks!

  HIU repair and radiator valve replacements

  Tenant reported loss of heating. There aren’t many trades people who work on these units. Someone recommend Langley Group. I got in touch with them to look at the issue. They carried out an assessment of the entire heating system. Some TVR valves needed changing and parts in the HiU that were corroded needed replacing. The initial response to the call out was slow but once on site all subsequent comms and attention to the job was great. I received an in depth pdf report and proposal before the work commenced. Workmanship was great and costs were reasonable.

  Small leak on kitchen tap and pipes. Hard for untrained eye to see

  Charlie was very professional, friendly, thorough and tidy. It was difficult to find the leak as it was small but did a lot of damage over time. I thought it was coming from under the floor but with Charlie’s professional investigation it turned out it was not. It was the tap all along. So we did not need expensive leak detections system or crack the entire floor open. Just good old common sense and patience lead to the right diagnosis and treatment which was a new tap and pipe work under it. It was all reasonably priced as well. Just an honest business which is really hard to find these days.
