  Replacement hand basin replacement .

  The hand basin and fixtures were supplied by me via a plumbing supplier, unfortunately these fixtures( waste & trap) were not compatible with the basin. The plumber showed true professionalism and independently acquired the correct fixtures. The job did inevitably overrun but the plumber only charged a nominal additional fee to cover the parts he'd provided .He was sympathetic to the fact that my suppliers were at fault and that I should not be penalised.
