  Replaced very old toilet

  Alfie was responsive , helpful and very reasonable from a cost perspective in undertaking work for my parents . He was hard working efficient and tidy. He was very considerate of my Dad who has dementia. Good to see a young man motivated to do a good job .

  Water leak detection and fixed

  No call out charge was discussed before visit. When Alfie arrived, he explained the possible cause of the leak, detected the leak, discussed the cost of fixing and his time. Problem sorted within 2hrs. Quite pricy but solved the problem.

  The dishwasher had been leaking

  Alfie was quick to reply and kept me up to date on his arrival time. He was able to fix the job even thou there were some unforeseeable issues with the dishwasher pluming, the job took longer than expected but that was down to the pipe work that was originally completed previously. He was able to fix the issue and was polite the whole time he was there. Would highly recommend and would use his service’s again if needed.
