  Gas hob leak fixing

  Gas safety check and service

  Mr reactive came on time and was very communicative. The engineer that came initially came and capped all the gas off as he said he could not access the gas hob area to disconnect it since it had a leak. He left however when I tried to do it I managed so engineer had to come back and turn on the main gas and just cap the hob. I was grateful for his prompt return as it was very cold. They said they could not fix the hob or try and resolve the leak. When I got someone else to come the issue was very simple to solve so it cost me me more to get someone else in. Overall they were good.

  Connor and the team were great. They came out quickly to provide a quote and were able to sort the roof in agreed timescales. They kept me up to date on the work and progress. I think in future just being clear on what areas are covered by the quote will be helpful. I would certainly recommend and reuse.

  Leak from cistern

  I called they came over same day to give me a quote. They Identified the issue was the rubber cap was loose and fixed it promptly. They did not overcharge and were friendly. Thank you so much
