  Paul kept in clear contact about arranging an appointment to come and see what work needed doing. Once he had been he was able to return the same day to carry out the required work, which was explained clearly and well.

  The work completed was to a good standard, however the communication was poor, it took longer than expected, they left our house unlocked and they have not issued a new a safety certificate as promised. They did offer us a small amount of money off the bill as compensation.
