  Patio and paving work

  Sam and his team did an amazing job with repointing our patio paving and removing the soil along the side of the house and replaced with gravel. There was an issue with the soil leaking when it rained, so there was always muddy water in a few places along the soiled flower bed. It has rained since, and two of the places don't have any puddling anymore (no more muddy water) and there's only a small puddle now where there used to be a very large puddle. 10/10 work and a great alternative to replacing all the paving with new ones.

  Replacing the heat pump which wasn't circulating properly

  The engineer was lovely and efficient and wore a mask throughout his time in our property, and was a relief as my husband is immunocompromised. His work was brilliant, and the only niggle we had was that there weren't spare parts in his van based on the complaint of the E:21 error code we provided prior to the visit by email. I didn't enjoy washing dishes by hand for a week waiting for the part (husband is immunocompromised/rheumatoid arthritis), but would prefer me doing the washing up than our teenage boys/men!

  Bushes and trees trimmed

  We use Arbor Venture each year to trim all of our bushes, hedges and trees and they always do a fantastic job. Neat and tidy, very professional and a lovely group of people :) Highly recommended 10/10

  Phil was very professional and hardworking and did an excellent job of going above and beyond what was required. We had an issue at our front door with crumbling concrete once the carpeting was lifted, and he swiftly made this more stable and the under flooring was applied seamlessly. The finished product and installation looks absolutely beautiful, and I am so happy with the result. The maintenance is minimal, the product is extremely hard wearing, and my youngest boys are becoming pros at sweeping so I can mop. Overall, highly recommend :)

  Hedge trimming and pruning of bushes and trees.

  The team did an excellent job of trimming all of our hedges and bushes and tidied up the over growing plants along the pavement. They were on time and were very thorough in tidying up. This is the third time we've used them and would highly recommend their services, as we've been pleased every time they have worked for us.

  Sanding plaster work and installing skirting.

  Paul did an excellent job sanding the plaster work on a removed door-frame and installing missing skirting. He was very thorough in cleaning up the plaster dust, which I am allergic to, and tidied up brilliantly. We highly recommend his services.
