From the beginning, i.e the initial assessment and quote, this firm has been helpful, friendly and honest about everything -from the time delay of starting the job of trimming the oak, the necessary permission required for the TPO, advising the neighbours, to the actual day of the tree cutting, where the team arrived slightly early. They were very efficient in not only moving many breakables out of the way but also in pruning a very tall tree. They finished quickly; tidied up beautifully and took away all debris. Their price was most competitive. We recommend this business most highly.

The team from Arbor Venture Tree Care arrived promptly at 9am and liaised with us to explain exactly what they would be doing and made sure that we had no concerns. The team of 3 were helpful, polite and, despite appalling weather which included non-stop heavy rain, were cheerful and obliging. They made sure that we were happy with their work and that everything had been completed to our satisfaction. We would have no hesitation in recommending Arbor Venture Tree Care to anyone looking for a company to do any tree work.

Josephine Hedger currently climbs in the ISA Tree Climbing Championships, which take place all over the UK. She represents the UK chapter in the European Championships and has travelled to many competitions in Europe, America and Australia. Josephine has won the European Tree Climbing Championship 6 times and the World Tree Climbing Championship 6 times - the most ever held by one female.
