  Leaking hot tap that was getting steadily worse needed attention

  I had a kitchen tap that needed attention. Constantly dripping. I was happy with the original work done from what I could see, no issues. Until two week later I find the same tap fully pouring water, after asking them to come out again to try rectify it, I was told they would be there to sort it that day..no one turned up. I wish id not bothered asking them 1st time round.  £160 I paid, and I fixed it 2 weeks after they did!!
