  Dave arrived on time and introduced himself. I showed him the jobs that needed doing. He did the work in about 1 half hours. Nice clean and job. Thank you.

  Fixed boiler.

  Checked fault on boiler. Replaced the expansion tank as it was faulty. Replaced water thermostat control on shower. The engineer was a very pleasant person. He was friendly and explained everything as he went along. His time keeping wasn't brilliant but he did ring and keep us informed of where he was up to. Had to tidy around after he had gone but no big deal.

  Checked boiler and Shower thermostat.

  The engineer turned up. He was very polite and pleasant. He tested the boiler and the expansion vessel was faulty and needed replacing. The shower thermostat bar wasn't changing the water temperature and needed replacing. His work was good and everything is fine and working well. The reasons and process was explained throughout. His time keeping was not the best as he over committed himself trying not to let people down. He was not the tidiest worker. The end result was good.

  Bathroom Ceiling

  I had old lights and extractor fan removed. The ceiling boarded and skimmed. Then three LED spots fitted and a new super silent extractor fan fitted. A new switch outside the bathroom. Very happy with the work and they left everywhere clean and tidy.

  Fitted new main phoneline

  Mark from ARG Telecom rang to say he would be with me in 20 mins. He turned up on time. He came and introduced himself. Clarified what the job was. He asked if I had been given a price which we confirmed. He then explained the job to me. I showed him a redundant tv ariel so he could use the same hole to access my lounge.
