  House alarm supplied & fitted

  Mark responded to my enquiry quickly. Arranged a home visit & explained everything/ cost. All booked in..arrived on time and communication was excellent. With no hesitation I would definitely recommend. The delay from initial date of contact was due to awaiting house completion date. Thankyou so much.

  Wanted to move my alarm and CCTV from ADT. I use Checkatrade to look for suitable tradesmen and contacted Mark. He agreed a time to come and do a survey. The quote was delivered within a few hours. He didn’t ask for a deposit and told me to pay only when I was happy with the job. He came back today as agreed and installed everything in the day and removed the old systems. Really clean, tidy and polite - never seen anyone out honey in their coffee before though! He then went through the apps and wouldn’t go until we knew the system was working and we were happy using it. Brilliant job. Thanks

  We had two jobs carried out by them.For the first one he arrived at the time booked.For the second, due to unforeseen circumstances he was delayed.but let us know in good time that he was running late.We were very satisfied with the work carried out on both occasions.Everything was neat and tidy and left in good order.We would certainly use them again should the need arise.

  Mark was first class. From the moment I contacted him he was friendly and professional. He turned up on time for the appointment and gave a competitive quote. Also managed to give me a date to carry the work out urgently. Again turned up on time and did the work to a high standard and even cleaned up after finishing. Outstanding service.
