Mark sorted my mum’s tv and broadband problems very quickly. He came when he said he would, phoned when he was half an hour away as promised. He was friendly and my old mum felt very safe with him. He phoned me when he was in her house and explained what he’d done. He even lent her a new router until the new one arrives! The communication was excellent throughout the process. Mark was very professional and approachable. The job was completed efficiently and the area was left tidy. Mark was really helpful. He communicated well and was flexible around the appointment time. He called to say he was on his way.
