  Excellent service from Mark. Very pleasant , helpful and spent time explaining how the system worked. I was apprehensive as wireless but actually very straightforward to use. Definitely recommend.

  Phone socket relocation

  Mark instantly responded to my Checkatrade message, confirmed he could do the job and gave me a price. Once I was ready to go ahead he arranged a convenient date and time slot. On the day, he turned up on time and completed the task with no issues. When it came to payment, he even reduced his originally quoted price as the job had been a little easier than expected. Very satisfied.

  Repair damaged external telephone wire

  I was very lucky to find Mark on a Google search for a local telephone engineer we spoke for 5 mins on the phone and he was at my house within the hour. He repaired my damaged wire with new parts and even fixed a new telephone socket to the wall and had my internet back on within 30 minutes. I was very impressed and would highly recommend
