  Routine service for electric garage door

  I scheduled a routine service with Premier Garage Door Installations Ltd for my electric garage door, quoted at £115 for about an hour of work. However, the technicians arrived at 8:30 PM on Thursday instead of the scheduled time on Friday, which was highly inconvenient and completed only 15 minutes of basic maintenance. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, Sean, a representative, responded, using inappropriate language. After mentioning I would report his behaviour, I received a call offering to reduce the fee to £90.
