  Clean tidy and speedy!

  Lee and his team were fantastic from start to finish. They removed some load bearing walls, constructed a new block work wall and screeded our floor. The work was done very quickly with minimal mess. They dealt with building control and kept exactly to schedule. Would not hesitate to recommend Lee and his team.

  Installing Lintels

  Lee and his team did an excellent job fitting lintels above our windows where none existed. Before They were on time, friendly and the quality of the work was excellent. Due to the cavity thickness and original house construction they chose to carefully cut each brick for a flush finish rather than sticking them in as they were. They went the extra mile to make sure it was a great job. Very pleased.

  Professional work

  Lea and his team built a half height, insulated cavity wall for our Conservatory. They also put up several fence panels and laid concrete slabs in recent cold weather in minus temperatures. They did a very satisfactory job. We would contact them again for any future projects. Five stars. Thank you Lea

  Excellent work

  Lee and his team were fantastic. Great communication ahead of our small project. We had a ramp in our lounge floor towards the patio door that we wanted levelled. They broke it out and levelled it, adding a damp proof membrane where required. They were on time and the work was finished to a high quliaty. Everything was left tidy. Curteous and polite throughout. We discussed some other bits we needed doing and he was very honest with which he could help with and who he could recommend for others. Hoping to get him back for some other work.

  Highly recommended...

  I experienced a burst pipe on my driveway and contacted L A Groundwork & Building Services. Lee was very helpful and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the issue, which helped alleviate some of the stress associated with the water leak. After assessing the situation, we agreed on a date for the repair, and Lee arrived punctually to complete the work. He was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain the process clearly.   Quick and Reliable Structural Work
