  Excellent work

  Lee and his team were fantastic. Great communication ahead of our small project. We had a ramp in our lounge floor towards the patio door that we wanted levelled. They broke it out and levelled it, adding a damp proof membrane where required. They were on time and the work was finished to a high quliaty. Everything was left tidy. Curteous and polite throughout. We discussed some other bits we needed doing and he was very honest with which he could help with and who he could recommend for others. Hoping to get him back for some other work.

  Highly recommended...

  I experienced a burst pipe on my driveway and contacted L A Groundwork & Building Services. Lee was very helpful and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the issue, which helped alleviate some of the stress associated with the water leak. After assessing the situation, we agreed on a date for the repair, and Lee arrived punctually to complete the work. He was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain the process clearly.   Quick and Reliable Structural Work

  Lee and his team did an excellent job removing a non-load-bearing structure from our living room. From the start, Lee provided a fair and reasonable quote, and the work was completed efficiently within just a few hours. The team was professional, tidy, and left the space clean and ready for the next stage of our project. We highly recommend his services!

  100% recommend!

  I was really worried about the Groundworks but Lee and the guys were amazing. Communicated everything throughout, the quality of the work is great and they were tidy and polite throughout. We have had people comment on how good the brickwork is and all out neighbours have said how tidy and friendly they were. Couldn’t rate them highly enough. They turned up every day, worked a full day and made the first half of our extension painless. Thank you.

  Groundworks

  Lee and his team installed drainage to our garden as it always flooded. They laid a concrete pad for a new porcelain patio. Then arranged a series of drainge pipes to prevent flooding. Laid porcelain patio, gravel beds and artificial grass. All work was completed to a very high standard. Site was always clean and tidy. (driveway etc. covered to prevent damage) Great communication and always punctual . Would highly recommend
