  Stop! You have found the plumber you're looking for. I've used Plum Heating three times. The first was to remedy a downstairs WC that another plumber made a mess of. The second was a pump issue. Today Connor shows up to fix the silicone in the shower. He arrives on time and does a perfect job, then tells me why my kitchen sink doesn't drain properly, then identifies a buzzing sound that's been bugging me for about a year. Timely, courteous and a ton of experience that makes plumbing issues disappear in an afternoon.
