Plum Heating were brilliant - the plumber who carried out jobs in our house was very friendly and polite, and very efficient and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. He was very prompt, too. Job location: BN2After a network power failure in my area, my boiler would not restart once power returned. Perry came out very quickly and diagnosed the problem to my Worcester boiler. He believed a power surge when power was returned to the power cabinet a few streets away burnt out my pump. He was afraid he might not be able to quickly find a replacement pump or more work might be needed once the pump was repaired and suggested Worcester Fix fee instead. Sandy also advised this and even emailed at 8 p.m. being so helpful. I used Plum Heating and within 4 days have hot water and heating. Wonderful,10 Vaillant boiler fix

Job location: BN2Boiler stopped working emailed plum heating and Perry came round the next day and fixed . They are very helpful and always polite and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone requiring plumbing .10 Delighted with Plum's work and service

Job location: BN1Very efficient, good time keeping , clean and tidy and did an excellent job in fitting a new hot water cylinder in a rather restricted and awkward space.
