  Had an outstanding experience with this plumbing company from start to finish. I received excellent service right from the very first email—Sandy responded promptly and handled my request quickly and efficiently. The engineer, Perry, arrived exactly at the time booked, so there was no waiting around, and he carried out an absolutely amazing job on my boiler and central heating.   Friendly & professional radiator replacement

  We had a radiator replaced in the kitchen. We were given advice as to what we needed to help warm up a very cold kitchen and then a replacement radiator fitted. Extremely happy with the advice and the work on the day. Very friendly, professional, clean and tidy.

  Plum Heating were brilliant - the plumber who carried out jobs in our house was very friendly and polite, and very efficient and helpful, as well as knowledgeable. He was very prompt, too. The booking process is easy and the company seem very professionally run. Highly recommend!

  Honest, kind, reliable advice offered with excellent result.

  After a network power failure in my area, my boiler would not restart once power returned. Perry came out very quickly and diagnosed the problem to my Worcester boiler. He believed a power surge when power was returned to the power cabinet a few streets away burnt out my pump. He was afraid he might not be able to quickly find a replacement pump or more work might be needed once the pump was repaired and suggested Worcester Fix fee instead. Sandy also advised this and even emailed at 8 p.m. being so helpful. I used Plum Heating and within 4 days have hot water and heating. Wonderful,
