  Fitting new loft hatch

  New loft hatch and surround installed, but failed to resolve the draft leak from previous installed hatch - tradesman explained that due to warped floor boards on age of house, was impossible to make seal exact to prevent cold air from loft - was advised to use insulation tape to seal (am surprised that he couldnt have done this during installation). Whilst an improvement this has not fixed the problem.

  Garden maintenance

  Andrew and his team arrived on time and worked for nearly 3hrs , whilst dodging the rain showers. They did an excellent job and cleared all the rubbish, whilst being polite and understanding of what we wanted. I look forward to his return in 4wks time to continue this maintenance schedule.

  Fixed E08 error on washing machine by replacing motor brushes

  Reece was very knowledgeable, polite and explained everything he was doing. A very nice professional guy who did a great job, whom I would gladly have back again if the washing machine breaks down again (even though he already has a PS5 and I don't yet ??).
