  John was very prompt to respond to my request for a quote that I accepted, to undertake repointing of brick wall with some repair work. John completed the job and sent me before and after photos. I was very happy with the quality of work carried out, and his professional and friendly approach.

  Repair to damaged floorboard

  Chris from Inkpen Property Services completed the job at my rental property of repairing broken floorboards on a joint that had no support. He arranged a convenient time with the tenant to complete the repair. Chris sent me photos of the problem re broken floorboards, how he carried out the repair and the end result. I was very pleased with the work completed and the cost was very reasonable.

  Replacement porch roof

  Jack was an excellent communicator throughout, he kept us fully informed of his plans to carry out the intended work, start date and length of time to complete the work. His quote was reasonable, and didn't waiver in cost. We arranged a meeting at completion and were very pleased with the quality of his workmanship. Jack took photos from start to finish that he forwarded to us in stages. Would definitely use Jack again for any future work needed, and highly recommend him to others.

  Replace broken hinges to UPVC door

  I am totally satisfied with the service provided from DI Exteriors. I received an almost immediate response to my request for someone to look at a defective door to my rental property, Stuart visited the property the following day, and ordered new hinges that have now been changed. My tenants are really happy and say the door is as good as new. I received regular updates and explanations via whatsapp texts as to what was happening and when, so I cannot fault the service from DI Exteriors in any way. Will definitely use this company again for any future work needed.

  Unblocked sinks and repaired outside drain

  Michael responded to my call immediately and visited within 24 hours. He had no problems in unblocking two sinks, and also repaired an outside drain that was cracked. Michael gave some helpful advice re care of drains. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. I would not hesitate to use his service again and highly recommend to others.

  Replace kitchen tap

  Steve from 1st Aspect responded immediately to my call as we had tried removing a kitchen tap but couldn't do this, nor could we fit the new one. He arrived within 24 hours of call out and did the work. He was friendly and very reasonable cost. We were very pleased and will definitely use him again for any plumbing work.

  Electrical inspection, complete house rewire and Electrical Safety certificate

  Tony kept me fully informed of what was found following electrical inspection, the work that was required to be done, the total cost, and date when he could start. The work was done in two stages to fit in with other building works being completed, Tony provided me with regular updates at each stage. I had total confidence in his skilled expertise as a fully qualified electrician to complete the work that was needed, and I feel reassured this has been done to a very high standard. Customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this company for a first class service.

  Service and adjustment of bifold doors

  John was polite and helpful, and completed the job efficiently. He explained the reason why our set of bifold doors had dropped and pulling the rubber trim at the bottom, with an explanation of the work he had to do to resolve the issue. We have every confidence in recommending this company to anyone, and would definitely use again for any other window related problems.
