Chris was 100% reliable. Arrived exactly on time to view job. Quote received within 20mins. Chris then worked around my available times, arriving at 8.30am on the dot on date arranged. Job threw up a few unexpected issues. Chris clearly explained what he would need to do. No extra charge with job being completely perfectly. My flooring is now strong and back to normal.
