  5 stars. Very happy. Fred’s quote came in competitively priced. He called me the same day and took time to explain the remedial works needed. Photos of work and certificates sent through the next morning. This is everything you want from an electrical company. Professionalism, reliability, communication and peace of mind.   Silicone rendering

  I rehired Valter for a second job. An exterior wall on an extension building was having issues with penetrating damp. Valter quickly identified the problem. He installed a drainage gulley, new damp proof course, and rendered the wall with high quality silicone render. The quality of workmanship was outstanding. The wall was rendered to perfection, leaving a beautiful clean finish. Very happy with his workmanship. His colleague Zeber is also very hardworking and polite.

  Valter and his colleague Zieber, are quite simply the best builders/multi-skilled tradesmen I have ever used! I would give them 11/10 in all categories if I could. They turned up on time every day, worked meticulously hard, and tidied and cleaned up immaculately at the end of each day. Additionally, the work they did was above and beyond my expectations. For example, when installing the exterior drainage gulley, they also installed a new damp proof course free of charge. Their work is of an extremely high standard, and I will only be using Kozi Construction for all future home improvements.

  Excellent advice

  Had the pleasure of meeting Justin today. He came to inspect my Victorian house for a small area of damp. Justin was very thorough, honest and recommended a simple cost effective solution to remedy the issue. He has potentially saved me hundreds of pounds. We need more trades like Justin, who are honest people and don’t pressure you into undertaking unnecessary and expensive work. He is also a nice, friendly chap and has a reassuring Northern accent :)

  Roof overhaul, new gutters/fascias/soffits

  Kevin and Dave worked extremely hard throughout. The quality of their work was excellent and they took care and pride in everything they did. They grafted on a couple of very hot days, to ensure the job was completed. I also found Eddie to be polite, courteous and very informed when it came to providing the initial assessment and cost. Overall a good, family-run company who guarantee their work, so I have no worries should any issues arise in the future.

  Refit new thermostatic shower mixer

  Super impressed with Jamie, who I called upon to correct some terrible workmanship from a previous plumber, who had let me down. From the moment he arrived, Jamie grafted hard all the way through until the job was completed. His high standard of workmanship and attention to detail is the best I’ve ever seen. I will now never use any other plumber. Once the job was completed, Jamie spent a long time cleaning up and wiping down all surfaces. He left it cleaner than when he arrived! Jamie is polite, courteous and clearly sets the standard in his field. Very happy.

  Coolant sensor replaced and diagnostics on squeaky suspension

  Took my car in for diagnostics due to trouble starting and squeaky suspension. Was informed coolant sensor was faulty and shock absorber were causing the suspension noise and would eventually need replacing. Was quoted a price over the telephone for replacement of coolant sensor + labour, and asked if I wanted to go ahead at this price. I agreed. After the work was completed they added on an extra 1/2 hour "diagnostics" charge and increased the overall price . I had to argue this, and they agreed to meet me in the middle. . Quality of workmanship and technical expertise excellent. Would recommend this company, but warn to exercise caution over any  "hidden" costs they may add on at the last minute.

  Driving lessons from scratch to finish.

  Was very happy with both my instructors who were patient, punctual and professional all throughout. Managed to pass my test first time so I am one happy bunny!! Hamilton is much cheaper than anywhere else, yet you still get great quality instruction. Recommend!
