  Zach contacted me quickly, on a Sunday, I sent a photo of the problem to ensure he had the correct part. We agreed a date and time, suitable to us both, the following Tuesday. He turned up on time, dealt with the problem and left the bathroom tidy. Thank you.

  Weatherdry responded to my request very quickly. I sent some photos and a surveyor was booked for the following day (today). Jim arrived spot on time, assessed the problem and advised accordingly. (It wasn’t a problem they would deal with, the damp was caused by a faulty connection to my neighbours washing machine). He explained all the tests as he did them. Thank you to Jim, Cheryl and ?Laura. A great company to deal with.

  Claimed interest in the job. I never heard from him. It was probably not a big job to him, but it led to me cancelling an order. If a workman isn’t interested, no problem. Don’t claim to be.

  Tom contacted me the day I posted my job request, to have overhanging conifers cut back. He visited the next day to quote the job, which I then booked in. The job was done promptly and the garden left tidy. Both days Tom arrived at the time stated. I would highly recommend.

  Tony is excellent. Timekeeping perfect. Quote accurate. Job finished on time. Always tidy. My home was left each day in a way I could use it. Each morning he told me the plan for the day and stuck to it. I cannot recommend highly enough. Very pleased with the professional work and manner.

  Quick response via Checkatrade. Home visit and formal quote on same day, work completed within a month of first contact. I was kept informed as to what was happening. Work cost and duration as quoted. Jim and his team were professional and friendly. I would go back to them if I needed anymore work doing. Highly recommended.
