Job location: WV11Our whole experience with WeatherDry was brilliant from start to finish. After unfortunately falling victim to just having the lower survey done on our new house, we noticed issues related to damp. WeatherDry surveyed, reasonably quoted and executed the job to a high standard. Their team was excellent at communicating with us any timing changes or explaining next steps. From the moment I phoned Weatherdry to enquire about damp proofing, I knew I had picked a great company. From the lady who I spoke to on the phone to the surveyor to the workmen completing the work we have had a positive experience. The lady who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, kind and explained what the process was, then Jim came out to survey the property and explained what was needed, the workmen who came to install the rods and Ellis the plasterer were all very friendly, professional and tidied up after they had finished the job. The Weather Dry PIV system has already helped reduce condensation and improve the air quality in our home. We’ve only had it installed for a week, but the air feels fresher and the house is more comfortable. The installation was smooth, and the team were professional and tidy throughout.
